The URL to create a new message in Gmail with access to the full interface and options is: https://mail.google.com/mail/?view=cm&f… email address]&bcc=[bcc email addresses]&su=[subject]&body=[body of the message]

Replace [recipient email address], [bcc email addresses], [subject], and [body of the message] with the desired values.
