Azure's Event Grid stores information about file-related events such as file creation, modification, deletion, and renaming. It includes metadata such as the file name, size, type, location, and timestamp. In addition, Event Grid can capture other details about file events such as the user or application that initiated the event, the reason for the change, and any associated properties or attributes of the file. This information is used to trigger workflows, notifications, and other automated actions in response to file events.
