Can SARIMA forecast be obtained by shifting the previous year's data?

No, SARIMA forecasting cannot be obtained by simply shifting the previous year's data as it involves a more sophisticated time series analysis approach where seasonality, trends, and other factors are taken into account. SARIMA models use a combination of autoregressive (AR), moving average (MA), and differencing (I) components to model the time series data, and forecasting is done based on those components. So, simply shifting the previous year's data will not provide accurate forecasting results.
