To make TextFrame.AutoSize fit automatically, follow these steps:
Select the TextFrame that you want to resize.
In the "Format" tab on the ribbon, locate the "Text Box" section.
Click on the "Text Box" button to access the options.
Check the "Resize shape to fit text" option.
Click "OK" to apply the changes.
Now, your TextFrame will automatically resize to fit the size of the text inside it. If you add more text or remove some, the TextFrame will adjust accordingly.
