If the Browse option is unavailable, you can add the DLL to your project by following these steps:
Right-click on your project in Solution Explorer and select Add -> Existing Item.
Navigate to the folder where your DLL is located and select it.
Click the down-arrow by the Add button and select Add as Link.
The DLL should now appear in your project with a shortcut icon.
Right-click on the DLL in your project and select Properties.
Under the Properties window, change the Copy to Output Directory value to either Copy if Newer or Copy Always.
Build your project and the DLL will now be included in your output folder.
