You can arrange the filter list of text in Power BI by using the "Sort by Column" option. This option allows you to sort the data by a specific column that is not necessarily alphabetical. For example, if you have a column with the order you prefer, you can use that column to sort the data. To sort the data using "Sort by Column," follow these steps:

  1. Click on the filter list of text that you want to sort.
  2. Click on the "Sort by Column" option in the "Sort and filter" section of the "Modeling" tab.
  3. In the "Sort by Column" dialog box, select the column that you want to use for sorting.
  4. Choose the "Sort Ascending" or "Sort Descending" option based on your preference.
  5. Click "OK."

Once you have completed these steps, the filter list of text will be sorted according to the selected column.
