It is not possible to incorporate CSS in JavaScript without HTML as CSS styling is applied to HTML elements. However, it is possible to create a CSS file dynamically in JavaScript and add it to the HTML document using the following steps:
<link>
element using document.createElement('link')
href
attribute of the link element to the URL of the CSS file using linkElem.setAttribute('href', 'path/to/css/file.css')
rel
attribute to stylesheet
using linkElem.setAttribute('rel', 'stylesheet')
<head>
of the HTML document using document.head.appendChild(linkElem)
