To restore the default interface settings of Azure Language Service (Custom Question Answering), follow these steps:
Go to the Azure Portal and select the Language Service resource you want to restore default settings for.
In the left navigation pane, select "Settings."
Under "Settings," select "Interface."
On the "Interface" page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Restore Defaults" button.
A confirmation dialog box will appear. Confirm your action by selecting "Yes."
Once completed, the Language Service will automatically restore the default settings associated with its interface.
Note: This will reset all of the customizations applied to the interface settings, including changes to theme, font size, language settings, etc. to their original settings.
