To apply OR condition between dimensions in Dynamics Row Level Security, follow these steps:
Open the Security Role in which you want to apply the OR condition.
Navigate to the Security Tab and click on the Row-Level Security option.
Click on the Edit button to edit the existing Security Policy.
In the Security Policy window, click on the Add Group button to add a new group.
In the Group Name field, provide a suitable name for the new group.
In the Rows section, click on the Add button to add a new row.
In the Row section, select the dimension for which you want to apply the OR condition.
By default, the AND condition would be selected. To change it to OR, click on the dropdown menu and select the OR option.
Add the value or range of values for the selected dimension.
Repeat the same steps for other dimensions in the OR condition.
Save the changes and close the editor.
Now, the OR condition has been applied between dimensions in Dynamics Row Level Security. The user will have access to the data if it matches any of the dimensions with OR condition applied.
