To apply a filter based on the intersection of a group's value set, follow the steps below:

  1. Identify the group whose value set you want to filter.
  2. Identify the other data set that contains the values you want to intersect with the group's value set.
  3. Create a new column in the data set containing the group's value set that represents the intersection of the group's value set and the values in the other data set. You can do this using an Excel formula or a programming language like Python.
  4. Use this new column as a filter to show only the rows where the intersection is non-empty.

For example, suppose you have a group of customers who have made purchases from your store, and you want to identify customers who have also signed up for your newsletter. You can create a new column in your customer data set that indicates whether each customer has signed up for your newsletter. Then you can filter the data set to show only the customers who have made purchases AND signed up for the newsletter by applying a filter to the new column that represents the intersection of these two value sets.
