To use a keyword instead of the complete name to reference a sheet in an Excel formula, follow these steps:
Assign a name to the sheet you want to reference. To do this, right-click on the sheet tab and select "Rename." Enter a short name or keyword that you want to use to reference the sheet.
In the formula where you want to reference the sheet, enter an apostrophe followed by the sheet name you assigned in step 1. For example, if you assigned the name "Data" to a sheet, enter 'Data'! before the range or cell reference in the formula.
Press Enter to calculate the formula.
Note: make sure to use apostrophes around the sheet name to ensure the formula recognizes it as a text string rather than an undefined reference.
