What is the process to automate the navigation from a bookmark serving as a cross reference target to the corresponding field that serves as the source of the cross reference in Word?

1. Open the document in Word and locate the bookmark that serves as a cross reference target.
2. Right-click on the bookmark and select "Edit bookmark" from the dropdown menu.
3. In the "Bookmark" dialog box, enter a unique name for the bookmark (if it doesn't already have one) and click "Add" to save the changes.
4. Place the cursor in the document where you want to create the cross reference.
5. From the "References" tab in the ribbon, select "Cross-reference" in the "Captions" group.
6. In the "Cross-reference" dialog box, select "Bookmark" as the "Reference type" and select the name of the bookmark you created in step 3 from the "Insert reference to" dropdown menu.
7. Click "Insert" to create the cross reference.
8. Now, to automate the navigation from the cross reference to the source field, follow these steps:
9. Select the cross reference text in the document.
10. From the "Insert" tab in the ribbon, select "Bookmark" in the "Links" group.
11. In the "Bookmark" dialog box, select "Reference" in the "Type" dropdown menu and give the bookmark a unique name, then click "Add" to save the changes.
12. Now, whenever you click on the cross reference, it will automatically take you to the source field.
