To preserve the calibration value in Vector CANape for conducting offline calibration in the adaptive system, follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the target ECU using CAN communication interface.

  2. Load the calibration data into CANape, and configure the parameters according to the requirements.

  3. Go to the “Calibration” menu and select “Export Calibration Data” to save the calibration data in a separate file.

  4. Save the calibration data file in a secure location for use later in the adaptive system.

  5. Disconnect from the target ECU and close CANape.

  6. In the adaptive system, load the calibration data file and configure the parameters. The calibration values should remain the same as in the original data.

  7. Use the calibrated adaptive system for testing and validation.

Note: Always ensure that the calibration data is kept securely and only accessed by authorized personnel to prevent any unauthorized access or modification of the data.
