Can minikube be started on a Mac with 2 CPU cores despite receiving the error "Exiting due to RSRC_INSUFFICIENT_CORES" during the start-up process?

No, if minikube is receiving the error "Exiting due to RSRCINSUFFICIENTCORES" during the start-up process on a Mac with 2 CPU cores, it means that the system does not meet the minimum requirements to run minikube. Minikube requires at least 2 CPU cores and 2GB of RAM to function properly. If the minimum requirements are not met, the start-up process will fail. Therefore it is not possible to start minikube on a Mac with only 2 CPU cores.
