Open the Control Panel by clicking the Start button and typing “Control Panel”.
Click on “Programs and Features”.
Click on “Turn Windows features on or off” from the left-hand menu.
Check the box next to ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)" and click OK.
The installation process will begin and may take a few minutes.
Once the installation is complete, you will be prompted to restart your computer.
After restarting your computer, .NET Framework 3.5 will be installed on your Windows 10 operating system.
