To import a SQLite database file into DbVisualizer, follow these steps:

1. Open the DbVisualizer application.
2. Click on the "Database" menu and select "Create Database Connection" (or press Ctrl+N).
3. In the "Connection Wizard" window, select "SQLite" from the list of database types.
4. Enter the path to the SQLite database file in the "Database File" field.
5. Optional: If the database is password-protected, enter the password in the "Password" field.
6. Click the "Connect" button to create the connection and open the database in DbVisualizer.
