Using a pencil to create a writing utensil with erasable ink:

To create an item possessing a specific attribute using a preexisting object, we can use a pencil to make a writing utensil that has erasable ink. To do this, we will need some erasable ink refills, which can be easily found at any office supply store.

First, we will take the pencil and remove the eraser from its end. We will then drill a small hole in the center of the eraser, just large enough to fit the erasable ink refill. We will need to make sure that the hole is straight and centered, so that the ink can flow smoothly.

Next, we will take the erasable ink refill and carefully insert it into the hole we just drilled in the eraser. We will want to make sure that the ink refill is securely in place before we move on to the next step.

Now, we can test our new erasable ink pencil by writing on a piece of paper. The ink should write smoothly and evenly, just like a regular ink pen. But when we make a mistake, we can simply erase it using the eraser on the end of the pencil, just like we would with a regular pencil.

With this new item, we now have a writing utensil that combines the convenience of a pencil with the permanency of ink, making it perfect for note-taking, sketching, or any other activity where mistakes may be made.
