To align lines in Notepad++, follow these steps:

1. Select the lines you want to align.
2. Right-click and select "Edit" → "Column Editor" from the context menu.
3. Under "Number to Insert," enter the number of characters you want to insert before the selected lines to align them.
4. Select "Leading" in the "Alignment" section.
5. Click "OK" to align the lines.
