ASP.NET is a web application framework developed by Microsoft for building dynamic web sites, web applications, and web services. SQLyog, on the other hand, is a MySQL management tool, which provides a graphical interface for managing and administering MySQL databases.

There is no direct relationship between ASP.NET and SQLyog as they serve different purposes. However, if an ASP.NET web application uses a MySQL database, SQLyog can be used to manage and administer that database.
