To view the log file in JMeter's viewer, follow these steps:

1. Open JMeter and select the "Test Plan" node in the left-hand panel.
2. Right-click on the "Test Plan" and select "Add > Listener > View Results in Table."
3. In the "View Results in Table" window, click on the "Browse" button next to the "Log file" field.
4. Navigate to the location of your JMeter log file and select it.
5. Click the "Start" button to start viewing the log file in JMeter.

You can also use other listeners such as View Results Tree, Aggregate Report, or Summary Report to view the log file. Simply configure the listener to read from the log file location and start the test to view the log file data.
