To obtain the public URL of a file in TYPO3, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the file you want to obtain the public URL for in the TYPO3 file list module.
2. Right-click on the file and select "Copy public URL".
3. The public URL will be copied to your clipboard and can be pasted wherever needed.

Alternatively, you can also obtain the public URL by editing the file record in the TYPO3 backend and copying the URL from the "Target" field. However, this method is more time-consuming and requires more steps.
