Yes, it is possible to convert your Azure Student Starter to an Azure Student Subscription. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Log into your Azure account and go to the Azure Student website.
2. Click on the "Upgrade" button in the top right corner.
3. Follow the steps to verify your student status.
4. Once verified, you will be prompted to create a new subscription.
5. Fill in the required information and choose the subscription type (Free or Pay-As-You-Go).
6. Once submitted, your Azure Student Starter account will be upgraded to an Azure Student Subscription.
