To calculate the sum of all values in a column, follow these steps:

  1. Select the cell below the last value in the column you want to sum.

  2. Click on the "AutoSum" button (Σ) in the "Editing" group on the "Home" tab of the ribbon.

  3. Press "Enter" to complete the formula. The sum of all values in the column will be displayed in the selected cell.

Alternatively, you can also use the "=SUM()" formula to calculate the sum manually.

  1. Select the cell where you want to display the sum.

  2. Type the formula "=SUM(" and then select the entire range of cells that contain the values you want to add, including the column header.

  3. Close the formula with a parenthesis ")" and press "Enter" to complete the formula. The sum of all values in the column will be displayed in the selected cell.
