There are several reasons why drag and drop may not be functioning in Virtualbox:

1. Guest Additions not installed: Drag and drop requires the installation of Guest Additions. If it is not installed, drag and drop may not work. Install Guest Additions on the guest OS.

2. Incorrect version of Guest Additions: Make sure that the version of Guest Additions installed on the guest OS matches the version of VirtualBox. If they are mismatched, drag and drop may not work.

3. Drag and drop not enabled: Even if the Bidirectional option is checked in Advanced Settings, drag and drop may not work if it is not enabled in the VirtualBox Manager window.

4. Security software blocking it: Security software on the host OS or guest OS may be blocking the drag and drop feature. Configure the security software to allow drag and drop.

5. Compatibility issues: Drag and drop may not work if there are compatibility issues between the host and guest OS.

6. Hardware issues: Drag and drop may not work properly if there are hardware issues with the host or guest OS. Check the system hardware to ensure it is working properly.
