  1. Open File Explorer and navigate to the folder containing the files you want to rename.

  2. Create a text file in the same folder containing the list of words you want to use as the new filenames. Each word should be on a new line and the order should correspond to the order of the files.

  3. Select all the files you want to rename.

  4. Right-click on the first file and select "Rename" (or press F2).

  5. Rename the first file to the first word in your text file.

  6. Press the "Tab" key to move to the next file in the selection.

  7. Continue renaming each file using the next word in your text file until all files are renamed.

  8. If you make a mistake or need to undo a rename, press "Ctrl+Z" or right-click on the file and select "Undo Rename".

  9. After all files have been renamed, delete the text file containing the list of words (if desired).
