"Fatal alert, bad_certificate" is an error message that indicates that the SSL/TLS certificate presented by the server is invalid or cannot be trusted. This error can occur when the certificate is expired, self-signed or signed by a non-trusted certificate authority. It can also be caused by a mismatch between the hostname in the certificate and the host that the client is trying to connect to. This error usually prevents the client from establishing a secure connection with the server.
