To include a Grand total column at the conclusion of a pivot inquiry that uses a flexible array of column headings, follow these steps:

  1. Select any cell within your pivot table.
  2. Go to the "Design" tab in the Ribbon.
  3. In the "Layout" group, click on the "Grand Totals" dropdown and select "On for Columns Only" or "On for Rows and Columns" depending on your needs.
  4. Once the Grand Total column is added, you can rename it by double-clicking on the word "Grand Total" and typing in a new name.
  5. If you want to further customize the Grand Total column, you can right-click on it and select "Value Field Settings".
  6. In the "Value Field Settings" dialog box, you can choose a different calculation type (such as Average or Maximum), change the number format, or add a custom calculation.
  7. Click "OK" to save your changes.

Your pivot table will now include a Grand Total column at the end of your flexible array of column headings.
