If you are unable to record an installation in the AppsFlyer dashboard for iOS, you can still manually log a non-organic installation by following these steps:

1. Login to your AppsFlyer dashboard and go to the "Non-Organic" tab.
2. Click on the "+New Install" button.
3. Fill in the necessary fields such as app name, app ID, device model, and install time.
4. Enter the source of the installation such as the name of the ad network or referral source.
5. Click "Save".

Once saved, the non-organic installation will be added to your dashboard and attributed to the correct source. You can then track your app's performance and make informed decisions regarding your marketing efforts.
