Here are the steps to create a placemark that moves on the Yandex MapKit Flutter in the center of the screen:

1. Import the necessary packages for using Yandex MapKit Flutter in your Flutter project.

2. Initialize Yandex MapKit by providing your API key.

3. Create a MapController instance that will be responsible for manipulating the map.

4. Create a Marker instance with its coordinates set to the center of the map view.

5. Add the marker to the map using the MapController instance.

6. Listen for location updates from the device's GPS or any other location provider.

7. Update the marker's coordinates based on the location updates received.

8. Use the MapController instance to move the marker to the updated location on the map.

9. Repeat steps 6, 7 and 8 as required to continuously update the marker's location on the map.

10. Customize the marker's appearance as required using options available in the Marker class.
