To access BigQuery datasets from various regions using Dataform, follow these steps:

1. Create a BigQuery project in the desired region.
2. Make sure you have the proper access permissions to the project.
3. Create a BigQuery dataset in the project.
4. Copy the project ID and dataset ID.
5. Open Dataform and navigate to the project settings.
6. Click on the "Connections" tab and create a new BigQuery connection.
7. Provide the Project ID and Dataset ID that you copied earlier.
8. Make sure the location matches the region of the BigQuery project you created.
9. Save the connection and start using it to reference the BigQuery datasets in your Dataform project.
