To obtain the list of individuals contributing to Git repositories in Azure DevOps, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Azure DevOps account.
2. Navigate to the Git repository you want to view the contributors for.
3. Click on the "Insights" tab on the top menu.
4. Select "Contributors" from the left-hand menu.
5. You will see a list of contributors with the number of commits they have made to the repository.
6. You can click on a contributor's name to see their commit history and the files they have changed.

Note that you need to have the appropriate permissions to view the contributors list for a repository.
