The issue with installing the crsparse library version 0.3.2 is that it has a dependency on jaxlib version 0.3.14 or higher, which means that jaxlib version 0.3.14 or higher must be installed before installing crsparse version 0.3.2. If the required jaxlib version is not installed, an error may occur during installation or when using the cr_sparse library.
