Select the cells with the date format 201904.
Right-click on the selected cells and choose "Format Cells."
In the "Format Cells" dialog box, select "Custom" from the category list.
In the "Type" field, enter "mmm-yy" and click "OK."
The date format will now be changed to Apr-19.
