To change from 24-hour time format to 12-hour time format, follow these steps:

1. Identify the time in 24-hour format that you want to convert.
2. Subtract 12 from the hour if it is greater than 12. For example, 14:00 would become 2:00 PM.
3. If the hour is less than 12, simply add AM to the end of the time. For example, 09:00 would become 9:00 AM.
4. If the hour is exactly 12, do not subtract 12, and add PM to the end of the time. For example, 12:00 would become 12:00 PM.

Repeat this process for all times that you want to convert.
