To display the "Run" tool window on the tool window bar in IntelliJ IDEA:

1. Click on "View" in the top menu bar.
2. Hover over "Tool Windows" and then click on "Run".
3. The "Run" tool window should now be displayed on the tool window bar. If it is not visible, click the "Tool Windows" button on the left side of the screen and select "Run" from the list of available tool windows.
