There could be multiple reasons for the size of the Flutter App UI being larger on a real device compared to the simulator, including:

1. Different screen resolutions: The simulator may have a lower screen resolution compared to the real device, resulting in the UI elements appearing smaller. When the same UI is displayed on a real device with a higher resolution, the pixels are spread out, resulting in larger UI elements.

2. Different pixel densities: Similarly, the real device may have a higher pixel density resulting in sharper and clearer images, but also leading to larger file sizes.

3. Assets: The real device may require different or additional assets compared to the simulator resulting in a larger app size.

4. Debug vs Release modes: When running the app in Debug mode, the app may include additional files and libraries for debugging purposes, which could lead to a larger app size. However, when deploying the app in Release mode, the app size may decrease significantly.
