When the Helm kube-prometheus-stack is in a state of pending-install, it means that the installation process has not yet started. This could be due to various reasons such as incorrect installation parameters or dependencies that need to be resolved before installation can begin. Once these issues are resolved, the installation process will start automatically, and the Helm kube-prometheus-stack will move to the installed state.
