You can use the "find and replace" function in your text editor to replace all instances of "NA" with an empty space. Here's how to do it in Microsoft Word:

  1. Open your document in Microsoft Word.
  2. Press Ctrl + H to open the "Find and Replace" dialog box.
  3. In the "Find what" field, type "NA".
  4. In the "Replace with" field, leave it empty.
  5. Click "Replace All" to replace all instances of "NA" with empty spaces.
