To open a new tab in Windows Terminal with same environment as the current one,

1. Click on the downward arrow icon at the top of the terminal window.

2. Click on "New Tab" or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + T".

3. The new tab will open with the same profile as the current one, which means it will have the same environment and settings.

You can also right-click on the current tab and select "Duplicate Tab" to open a new tab with the same environment.
