Start by opening the iOS simulator on your computer.
Go to the source where the text is that you want to copy.
Highlight the text you want to copy and press “Command” and “C” on your keyboard to copy it.
Go back to the iOS simulator.
Select the app where you want to paste the text.
Tap and hold where you want to paste the text until the options menu appears.
Tap “Paste” to paste the text.
