To access the logs of the Log Analytics agent extension for VMSS, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Azure portal and navigate to the virtual machine scale set that has the Log Analytics agent extension installed.
2. Click on the "Monitoring" tab in the left-hand side menu.
3. Under "Monitoring", click on "Log Analytics".
4. In the Log Analytics page, select the workspace that you want to view the logs for.
5. On the workspace page, navigate to "Logs" in the left-hand side menu.
6. In the "Logs" page, you can search for the logs using the Log Analytics query language.

Note: You may also access the logs by using Azure Monitor, which offers a variety of monitoring and diagnostic capabilities, including log and metric analysis.
