You can try clearing the kernel cache in JupyterLab using the following steps:

  1. Open JupyterLab in your web browser.
  2. Click on the "Running Terminals and Kernels" icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Find the kernel associated with the deleted Conda environment.
  4. Click the "Shutdown" button next to the kernel to shut it down.
  5. Go back to the JupyterLab file browser and refresh the page.
  6. The deleted Conda environment should no longer appear in the list of available kernels.

If this doesn't work, you can try restarting JupyterLab or your computer to see if that clears out the deleted Conda environment.
