To activate the notification windows or popups in Chrome extensions by clicking on them, follow these steps:

1. Open the extension settings by clicking on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the browser and select "More tools" -> "Extensions".

2. Find the extension you want to enable notifications for and click on the "Details" button.

3. Scroll down to the "Permissions" section and click on "Notifications".

4. Make sure that the toggle switch next to "Allow notifications" is turned on.

5. Now, when the extension wants to show you a notification, it will pop up on your screen. Simply click on the notification to activate it.
