Outlook 365 can provide automated responses to a large number of users by setting up a rule. Here are the steps:

  1. Log in to your Outlook 365 account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the options.
  3. In the settings panel, click on "Mail" then "Automatic replies".
  4. Toggle the "Turn on automatic replies" button and set the start and end date/time for the automatic replies.
  5. Write the message you want to send in the text box.
  6. If you want to send different messages to different people, click on "Send replies to" and select "People or public group".
  7. Select the people or public group to whom you want to send an automatic reply.
  8. Click on "OK" to save the changes.

Once the rule is set, Outlook 365 will automatically send the automated response to the selected people or group.
