Outlook 365 can provide automated responses to a large number of users by setting up a rule. Here are the steps:
- Log in to your Outlook 365 account.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the options.
- In the settings panel, click on "Mail" then "Automatic replies".
- Toggle the "Turn on automatic replies" button and set the start and end date/time for the automatic replies.
- Write the message you want to send in the text box.
- If you want to send different messages to different people, click on "Send replies to" and select "People or public group".
- Select the people or public group to whom you want to send an automatic reply.
- Click on "OK" to save the changes.
Once the rule is set, Outlook 365 will automatically send the automated response to the selected people or group.
