The solution for this issue is to prompt the user to grant location permissions. This can be done by showing a dialog that explains the need for location permissions and asks the user to grant them. If the user grants location permissions, the MyLocation layer can be enabled. If the user does not grant location permissions, the MyLocation layer cannot be enabled and the app should provide alternative functionality or notify the user that the feature is unavailable.
