To set up OMEdit to automatically display a plot containing a designated variable upon completion of model simulation:

  1. Open the model in OMEdit.
  2. Click on the Simulation tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click on the Simulation Configuration icon (looks like a gear) in the toolbar.
  4. In the Simulation Configuration window, go to the Output tab.
  5. Under Plot variables, click the Add button.
  6. In the Add Plot Variable window, select the variable you want to plot and click OK.
  7. Under Plot variables, select the variable you just added.
  8. Under Plot configuration, select the type of plot you want (e.g. Line Plot, Scatter Plot, etc.).
  9. Click OK to close the Simulation Configuration window.
  10. Click on the Simulation icon (looks like a play button) in the toolbar to run the simulation.
  11. Once the simulation is complete, the plot containing the designated variable will automatically be displayed.
