There are several ways to eliminate a block of HTML using JavaScript:

  1. Use the remove method: This method removes the element and all its child elements from the DOM.

Example:

let block = document.getElementById("block-id");
block.remove();
  1. Use innerHTML: This property can be used to clear the content of an element.

Example:

let block = document.getElementById("block-id");
block.innerHTML = "";
  1. Use style.display: This property can be used to hide an element.

Example:

let block = document.getElementById("block-id");
block.style.display = "none";
