For a project that works on an old Mac, why does the Xcode Signing & Capabilities of the new MacBook display the message "No signing certificate 'iOS Distribution' found"?

This is most likely occurring because the signing certificate for iOS Distribution is not installed on the new MacBook. This certificate is required for signing and distributing iOS apps. To resolve this issue, the certificate needs to be obtained and installed on the new MacBook. This can be done by either exporting the certificate from the old Mac and importing it into the new MacBook, or by requesting a new certificate from the Apple Developer website.
