To view the number of invocations for Google Cloud Functions on a daily or monthly basis, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Cloud Console and select your project.
  2. Navigate to the Cloud Functions page.
  3. Select the Cloud Function you want to monitor.
  4. In the Function details pane, click on the "Monitoring" tab.
  5. In the Monitoring tab, you will see a chart with the number of invocations for the function over the selected time period (day, week, or month). You can adjust the time period with the dropdown menu.
  6. To view details of each invocation, click on the chart to expand it.
  7. To receive automated alerts when the function exceeds certain thresholds, you can create custom alerts using Cloud Monitoring.
