Why isn't the HTML internal style applied in emails?

HTML internal styles are not widely supported in email clients. Many email clients strip out or ignore internal style sheets in order to maintain consistency in the rendering of emails across different devices and email services. To ensure that your email looks the way you intended, it's best to use inline styles or embedded styles in the head of the email.
